Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Matěj Čičák ("Provider") and users of the Pixendo service ("User").

1. Service Pixendo allows users to upload photos, generate AI images in selected styles, and order prints and delivery.

2. Registration and User Account Some functions require registration and login. The user is responsible for the correctness of their data.

3. Orders, Payment, and Delivery The order is binding upon confirmation in the system. Payment is made online. Goods are shipped after payment is received. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified.

4. Price The price for each service and product is shown on the website and includes VAT.

5. Complaints and Withdrawal The user can claim defective or incomplete goods within 14 days of delivery. According to local law, it is not possible to withdraw from a contract for custom-made goods (e.g. personalized images).

6. Responsibility The user is fully responsible for the content of uploaded photos. It is forbidden to upload illegal, offensive, or copyright-protected content without rights.

7. Privacy Personal data processing rules are described in the separate Privacy Policy document.

8. Final provisions The Provider may change these terms. The current version is always available on the website. These terms are effective as of 2025-01-01.
